Acai is a small fruit of a gigantic Amazonian palm tree.
1 to 2 tbsp per day in a smoothie, a banana, in plant-based yogurts, on sweet potatoes or root vegetables, in tapenade!
Discover today the original recipe of our dear Alice (naturopath & photographer of life): "When Brazil invites itself to lunch. Delicious açaï bowl with a good sunny taste
If you want to make this wonder at home, here's what you need for a generous bowl:
STEP 1: INGREDIENTS
- 1 nice ripe banana (i.e. with its skin starting to get a little spotted)
- 150g fresh or frozen wild blueberries
- 250ml of very smooth coconut milk or other vegetable milk of your choice
- 2 generous tablespoons of acai berry powder, I use the one from @solsemillasuperaliments which is divine
- 3 generous tablespoons of coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut nectar
- 1 squeeze of lime juice
- 1 pinch of bourbon vanilla
- And for a bit of fantasy, I add a tablespoon of Damascus rose water
STEP 2: RECIPE
Mix all the ingredients in a good blender, except the toppings of course! Serve in a pretty coconut bowl for even more exoticism.
Decorate as you wish and enjoy this vitamin concentrate!
For the toppings, choose whatever inspires you: fresh seasonal fruits, chia seeds, hemp seeds, fresh pollen, grated coconut or even supertopping exotic (mixture of raw cocoa, chia, sunflower, aguaymanto)...
Advice : Once opened, the package must be closed well and placed in a cool place. It can be consumed for up to a month and a half or even two months after opening if stored well.
