This legendary little berry is arriving in our kitchens: sorbets, desserts, mueslis, milkshakes, caviars, sauces or sprinkled on a dish, like a spice. You can enjoy it as it is, diluted in water or in oat milk but also incorporated into many preparations (desserts, drinks...).

The purple color of this fruit from an Amazonian palm tree is due to the presence of anthocyanin (385 mg/100g). It has always been appreciated by local peoples, then in the 80s by surfers looking for energy and restorative foods. Thus flourishing in the 2000s, the global consumption of acai has grown, causing a real economic boom in the producing regions.

This freeze-dried açai is, to our knowledge, the purest and most concentrated on the market, with the subtle flavor of the fresh fruit preserved.

Recommended use: 

2 to 4 teaspoons per day, diluted in a glass of water or incorporated into your drinks or culinary preparations (count 6 g per preparation for 1 person). As a one-off treatment or daily intake according to your needs.

To obtain a natural raw pulp, mix 15 g of powder in 9 cl of water.

Use in cooking:  

• Drinks:Mixed in vegetable or fruit juice, or in vegetable milk
• Desserts:Added to compote, yogurt, muesli or any other dessert
• Seasoning:Used in a vinaigrette, a pesto mixed with nuts, or sprinkled on a vegetable dish, cereals, or a salad

Store in a cool place in its original, tightly closed packaging for 45 days after opening.
