You can enter your promo code when validating your basket, in the space dedicated to promotional codes. The promotion will then be applied directly to the total amount of your order.
Some promo codes do not apply to shipping costs.

Yes, most of our products are available in our restaurant Sol Semilla in Paris located at 23 rue des Vinaigriers 75010 Paris.

Delivery times are generally 3 to 7 working days in France. For international orders, delivery times may vary.

Delivery to a collection point is €6.50 and €7.40 with signature for mainland France. Delivery is free for all orders over €40 in France.
For deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories and to countries in the European Union, the cost is €15.
Outside the European Union, the costs amount to €25 (any customs charges payable by the buyer).

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.
If you haven't received it, it's probably in your spam (junk mail).
Otherwise, write to us at commande@sol-semilla.fr : our team will send it back to you as soon as possible.

If your package is indicated as "delivered" on the Colissimo tracking page but you have not received it, you must contact Colissimo directly to report the problem. You can contact them via their customer service or their website by indicating the tracking number of your order. On our side, we remain at your disposal for any additional assistance if necessary.

If the address you provided is incomplete, the package was damaged during transport, or it could not be delivered to you, it may be returned to us.

No, but you can go directly to our store located at the Sol Semilla restaurant, at 23 rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris, to purchase our products.

Si votre colis est refusé par la douane du pays de destination, il nous sera généralement retourné. Dans ce cas, les frais de transport et éventuels frais de douane engagés ne pourront pas être remboursés.
Nous vous recommandons de vous renseigner sur les réglementations douanières de votre pays avant de passer commande afin d’éviter toute mauvaise surprise.
Si le colis nous revient en bon état, nous pourrons procéder à un remboursement du montant de la commande hors frais d’expédition.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you can inform us of your wish to return your order within 14 days after receiving your order (by email: commande@sol-semilla.fr ). We accept the return of unopened, unused, undamaged products, but do not cover the return costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid.
If it turns out that your product has a defect, write to us at the same address and we will respond as quickly as possible to find a solution.
