100% pure, the fruit of a plantation where towering trees dominate a verdant nature, this African or sometimes Dominican cocoa comes from beans of exceptional quality, unroasted and without adjuvant. The beans are simply fermented and dried in the sun in order to preserve all the nutritional qualities specific to raw cocoa. The powder is obtained thanks to a gentle and controlled pressing and grinding process. To obtain powder, the cocoa is then degreased and keeps all its exceptionally high nutritional concentration.
