Spirulina is a freshwater micro algae that is grown far from any pollution on a community farm in Burkina Faso in pure water throughout its growth.

First a focus on the benefits:

  • Micro-algae Rich in proteins and iron
  • Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium & Phosphorus
  • rich in vitamin A (betacarotene)
  • rich in many B vitamins
  • Contains a lot of fiber.

Through its antioxidant action, it prevents the effects of free radicals on our cells and prevents aging.

Here is a simple recipe:

Fresh herb & spirulina pesto:

    • 1 bunch of wild garlic or basil
    • 1 bunch of parsley or coriander
    • the juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 2 handfuls of cashew nuts
    • 2 tbsp spirulina
    • garlic, ginger and fresh turmeric
    • 5 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt

to mix in a robot with an S blade

This plant having active ingredients, it is normal that the assumption is gentle and progressive for your body.

So start with 1 teaspoon for the first 3 days then up to 4 teaspoons depending on your physical activity!
