Usage:
1 to 3 teaspoons to dilute in a glass of water or to incorporate into your culinary preparations. As a one-off treatment or daily intake according to your needs.

Sprinkle into savory dishes to add a creamy texture, offering a plant-based alternative to milk or eggs
For example, you can dilute it in a vegetable milk (e.g. almond milk), add it to the flour in your pastries to make them even softer and tastier.

Our tricolor maca is cultivated and dried in the sun in its lands of origin by a group of Peruvian producers. Legendary root, sacred plant and adaptogen, maca has been recognized since the Incas who attributed many virtues to it.
Rich in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, it is also a source of magnesium and zinc.
Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Warning: Potassium is not recommended for the elderly or those with kidney disease.

2 to 4 teaspoons per day to dilute in a glass of water or to incorporate into your culinary preparations. As a one-off treatment or daily intake as needed.

Sol Semilla selected this farm for the consistent and optimal quality of its spirulina but also for its humanitarian commitment in the fight against malnutrition in the local population. This spirulina is a source of protein (around 60%), fiber and rich in iron.
Its nutritional palette covers everyone's needs (athletes, vegetarians, vegans).
This spirulina is dried at low temperature (<42°C), it retains its raw quality.
Iron and Vit. A and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vit. A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
Vit. K contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Iron: Not recommended for people suffering from a disease resulting in iron accumulation.
Up to 6 tablets (3,300 mg of spirulina) per day according to individual needs, spread throughout the day during meals.
Usage:
Equivalent to half a teaspoon of seeds per day as a treatment before exposure to the sun or daily in food.
Use in cooking:
Oils
: Leave a handful of seeds to macerate in a liter of olive oil for 21 days, then filter to obtain a colored table oil.
Pasta
: Grind the macerated seeds to obtain a concentrated paste to incorporate into various preparations.
Cat's claw is also appreciated as a supplement preferably for periods of 21 days during the trials due to seasonal changes.
Cat's claw helps keep joints flexible.
Recommended daily dose: 1 measuring spoon* per day (+/- 1 g). (*) Take your dosage with the spoon provided in this sachet.
Take one measuring spoon of cat's claw every morning, diluted in a little water, herbal tea or fruit juice. Mixed with any hot or cold liquids.
