Delivery to a collection point is €6.50 and €7.40 with signature for mainland France. Delivery is free for all orders over €40 in France.
For deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories and to countries in the European Union, the cost is €15.
Outside the European Union, the costs amount to €25 (any customs charges payable by the buyer).

If your package is indicated as "delivered" on the Colissimo tracking page but you have not received it, you must contact Colissimo directly to report the problem. In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you can inform us of your wish to return your order within 14 days after receiving your order (by email: commande@sol-semilla.fr ). We accept the return of unopened, unused, undamaged products, but do not cover the return costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid.
